To that end, CraigSearch established The Sebastian Society, a 501(c)(3) charity, to assist individuals in defining their potential strengths and achieving their goals. The mission of the Society is to provide coaching, mentoring, and other forms of assistance to individuals who fervently wish to develop to their fullest potential and, in doing so, make a valuable contribution to society and to others.

Members of the Society are individuals and companies that have the opportunity to identify, select, and monitor candidates of their choice. The Sebastian Society distributes one hundred percent of every dollar to candidates.
